Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital inventory systems
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and optimize picking routes for maximum efficiency
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety protocols
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Support cross-functional teams during peak season surges
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanners
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Flexibility to adjust schedule during peak demand periods
