Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workstations
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize picking routes and efficiency
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
- Support cross-functional teams during peak seasons
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn RF technology
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR (for equipment operation)
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons
