Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse workflows and productivity
- Participate in remote training sessions for new technologies and processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Report discrepancies and assist in resolving inventory issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn remote systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Stockton facility
