Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Optimize warehouse workflow to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain organized inventory through cycle counting and stock rotation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Support inventory audits and documentation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Valid forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
