Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Collaborate with 15-member team to meet daily shipping goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits
- Utilize WMS software for real-time order tracking
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Indiana driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
