Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to size, weight, and pick list specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and RF scanners, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before processing to ensure high-quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning items and updating the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety and health regulations.
- Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hours) in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners or RF devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
