Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through systematic stock checks and reconciliation
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) following strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with shipping/receiving teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
