Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies to management
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and general warehouse maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn WMS systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment operation may be required)
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
