Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital manifests
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse workflows
- Document discrepancies and report equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
- Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift (flexible scheduling available)
