Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital pick lists
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse zones
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cross-training for warehouse operations versatility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with RF scanners
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
