Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation in FIFO systems
- Maintain clean, organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Assist in quality control inspections before shipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for warehouse management systems
- Reliable transportation to 789 Industrial Park Road
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Team player with strong communication skills
