Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report inventory discrepancies to shift supervisor
- Participate in cycle counts and warehouse audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled environment
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for specific systems)
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work in a team-oriented setting
