Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completion of paid training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Assist in receiving and stocking inventory as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and reading skills
- Reliable transportation to Newark facility
- No warehouse experience necessary – training provided
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification during paid training
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
