Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems using WMS software
- Ensure OSHA compliance and promote a safe working environment
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum productivity and space utilization
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Conduct regular safety audits and corrective action planning
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
