Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems using WMS software
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe, organized work environment
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce company policies
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with logistics, procurement, and transportation teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational metrics
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, SAP) and inventory management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
