- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and generate operational reports
- Resolve operational bottlenecks through continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 15%+
