Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Coordinate receiving, stocking, and shipping processes to meet SLAs
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance and warehouse layout optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling experience
