Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates to optimize productivity and maintain quality standards
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Manage inventory control processes including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate receiving, put-away, and shipping operations for timely order fulfillment
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate performance reports
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless logistics
- Conduct regular team meetings to address performance and operational needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
