Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct regular safety training and ensure OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless transportation and distribution
- Generate performance reports and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
