Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and lead team members in equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems and accuracy protocols
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Optimize workflow processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Strong problem-solving and team leadership abilities
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
