Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor new team members on safety protocols and procedures
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient loading/unloading schedules
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and productivity
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train the right candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software (training provided)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
