Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and implement lean practices
- Coordinate receiving, storing, and distribution of goods
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners)
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and safety training
- Proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA and DOT compliance knowledge
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
