Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping inventory
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on safety protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock rotation to ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA standards
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely delivery of goods
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Generate daily reports on productivity, inventory, and safety metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior warehouse experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
