Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols (OSHA compliance)
- Optimize inventory control processes using WMS systems
- Analyze KPIs to drive operational efficiency improvements
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
