Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members in receiving, storing, and distributing inventory
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Manage inventory control systems and accuracy
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory management
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (provided)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required
