Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team performance through scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle count procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet operational targets
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Ensure equipment maintenance and proper utilization of warehouse technology
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
