Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Train and mentor new warehouse associates on safety protocols and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Generate daily reports on productivity, inventory, and operational metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we train motivated candidates
