Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping
- Train and supervise 15+ staff members on equipment and safety protocols
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for maximum efficiency
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of WMS systems and inventory software
- OSHA safety training certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
