Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates through coaching and performance management
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory accuracy and reduce operational costs
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS, RF scanners, and automation systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' warehouse management experience in a high-volume distribution center
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational KPIs
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and RF technology
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and experience with automated systems preferred
