Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ staff members, assigning tasks and maintaining productivity metrics
- Manage inventory control systems and implement WMS protocols
- Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety procedures
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse best practices
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Optimize storage layouts and material handling processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Experience with JIT inventory systems
