Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, optimizing productivity through efficient scheduling and performance metrics
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols, achieving zero-accident standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and inventory accuracy
- Utilize WMS software to manage inventory, track KPIs, and generate operational reports
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, reducing costs while enhancing service quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in high-volume distribution environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation credentials
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership capabilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse setting
