Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure production targets are met.
- Supervise, train, and schedule a team of warehouse staff effectively.
- Conduct safety audits and enforce compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics flow to minimize downtime.
- Resolve operational issues efficiently and maintain high morale.
- Prepare and review shipping and receiving reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is highly preferred.
- Forklift certification is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in various weather conditions.
