Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Implement inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Optimize workflow efficiency and maintain quality standards
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (WMS systems a plus)
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to complete paid training program
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred but not required
