Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ warehouse associates through daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement lean inventory management protocols to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct monthly compliance audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Train and mentor team members on equipment operation and quality standards
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments to resolve bottlenecks
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with WMS proficiency
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator credentials
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-volume environments
- Advanced Excel skills for inventory reporting and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities with Lean Six Sigma knowledge
