Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, optimizing dock schedules
- Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, WMS systems)
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with transportation teams for seamless logistics execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA 10/30 certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and inventory software
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution expertise
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse
- Experience with lean methodologies and KPI tracking
- Valid California driver's license required
