Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Implement lean practices to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely transportation and distribution of goods
- Conduct regular audits of inventory levels and warehouse equipment maintenance
- Generate performance reports and data-driven improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven ability to optimize processes and reduce operational costs
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Forklift certification required
