Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely shipments and inventory replenishment
- Utilize WMS systems to track inventory and generate performance reports
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety training programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams
- Familiarity with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control systems
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
