- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on equipment operation and procedures
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies
- Manage workflow efficiency and meet productivity KPIs
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience required
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions
- Associates degree in supply chain/logistics preferred
