Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Optimize inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and maximize accuracy
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of warehouse staff
- Conduct regular facility inspections and maintain equipment functionality
- Collaborate with logistics team to improve operational efficiency
- Generate reports on productivity, inventory levels, and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proven ability to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
