Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and training
- Implement lean principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize space utilization
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams
- Utilize WMS systems to monitor KPIs and generate performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance management
- Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan, SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- OSHA Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
