- Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspaces
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Manage receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Train and develop team members on equipment and procedures
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in WMS inventory management systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Associates degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
