Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement cycle counting protocols
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations with 99.5% accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and operational budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Data analysis experience with KPI reporting and process optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
