Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of 10+ warehouse staff
- Implement OSHA compliance protocols and maintain safety standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and minimize shrinkage
- Collaborate with logistics team to improve supply chain efficiency
- Generate performance reports and operational analytics
- Coordinate with vendors and resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
