Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff including training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Manage inventory control systems and implement process improvements
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Operate and maintain provided equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners)
- Coordinate shipping/receiving activities and resolve logistical issues
- Generate performance reports and optimize warehouse layout
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Forklift certification (provided if needed)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied conditions
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
