Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control procedures to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and dock operations
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Generate daily/weekly reports on KPIs including productivity and accuracy
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve operational bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in 3PL or retail logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting operational data
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 10%+
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
