Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity targets
- Implement and maintain safety protocols while ensuring OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory management through cycle counts and WMS utilization
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely transportation of goods
- Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and operator training programs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse or logistics management experience
- Proven leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (equipment training provided)
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
