Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and shipping
- Lead and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams
- Train staff on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Generate performance reports and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in WMS inventory systems
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
