Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and train a team of 10-15 warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain flow
- Resolve operational issues and improve productivity metrics
- Generate performance reports and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and safety training
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counts
