Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with scheduling and performance reviews
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain execution
- Analyze KPIs to drive operational efficiency improvements
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with JIT inventory management a plus
