Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to meet productivity targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols to achieve zero-accident goals
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in high-volume operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
